  20. Central Processing, though a momentary  
  21. attention file was created at ChiLink   
  22. Node for supervisory eyes. An audit     
  23. trail shows the file was flushed 32     
  24. hours after creation, 12 hours after    
  25. forwarding to Geneva, and 2 hours after 
  26. screening. Regent Sable was the system  
  27. monitor.
